In a place where the stairs ... are over, we started before
about 35 years to make our own Ladder!
With a lot of appetite and cheer, we decided from then on to put in good materials, all our love
and a lot of craftsmanship, to make a staircase solid, honest and attractive,
which leads to a very beautiful courtyard and which was certainly no other than Greek Cuisine!
Year after year, step by step, our yard was flooded with its fragrances and flavors
of the blessed place, of happy faces and unique moments, of feasts and songs,
from meetings and memories. And our Ladder became a fixed value of Santorini
gastronomy and an international landmark of our beautiful island.
We moved to a new place, to an old captain's house in Oia,
which makes us even more fit and upgraded, more beautiful and more attractive.
Because, in a magical way, this is always the case in this place.
The "new" comes out of a beautiful "old", and becomes more beautiful.
From our new balcony, more mature now but with the same fun,
we will continue to soothe the view and the fascination of the Aegean Caldera,
welcoming our friends and visitors.
